Lets find a way...

I can support you as you find a new way forward through whatever it is that has you considering counselling. I know that new way forward must be according to what is important to you as an individual, and where I come in is in supporting you as you put it together. I will provide the time and the private space plus my experience, knowledge and training.

Location & Availability

Consultations & Fees

I use consultation rooms in Blackheath, London SE3. Since lockdown I have been meeting clients online or we talk on the phone.

I meet clients Monday to Thursday during the day, and Tuesday to Thursday in the evenings.

I only work with individual clients, of 18 years of age and over. If you are looking for couples support, please input that phrase into your search engine or directory. If you are under 18, please do not suffer unhappiness alone. Contact a youth worker or your school or college counsellor. There are also some wonderful support organizations for children and teens listed on the "links" tab above.

I offer private counselling supervision to student or qualified counsellors according to requirements.

I am very happy to work with counselling students but ask that first, I have sight of your course requirements in regard to therapy as these can be complex.

Consultations last between 50 minutes and one hour. Much of the first session is to discuss your needs and establish a working relationship or referral elsewhere. Should you decide that you would like to continue with regular counselling, then weekly or fortnightly consultations are recommended, the number and frequency of our meetings can be re-negotiated as we go along.

I will charge £60 per consultation but will consider reduced rates for those on low incomes.
